Yoga:



yoga cartoon Yoga is one of my favorite things to do. It helps alleviate the daily stress I take on physically and mentally. However, I wasn't always interested and that kept me from wanting to dive deeper into it until one day, my mom played a Youtube video, dragged me upstairs, laid out her yoga mat, and we go to work.
